PressPlay Network, LLC (“PressPlay”) and our subsidiary companies (collectively “we,” “our,” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.

  1. Scope of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personally identifiable information by PressPlay on the www.samepaymentnow.com website and any other website hosted by PressPlay and any application, product or service made available by samepaymentnow.com, LLC on behalf of itself or its customers, including its real estate clients and affiliates (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree with any provision of this Privacy Policy, you should immediately discontinue use of the Services.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personally identifiable information” is information provided to PressPlay that personally identifies you, such as your name, email address, property address and property tax information, or other data that can be reasonably linked to such information. When you submit personally identifiable information and other information through the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of such information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

As explained more fully throughout this Privacy Policy, we collect, use, and share personally identifiable information under several legal bases, including (i) under circumstances where you provide consent, (ii) under circumstances where it is necessary for the entering into or performance of a contract, and (iii) under circumstances where it is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate business interests and those of our affiliates. Also, we will not collect, use, or share personally identifiable information for any purpose not set forth in this Policy without first providing notice and an opportunity for consent.

When you use the Services you may also be subject to the privacy policies of our customers or third-party service providers with respect to their use and collection of your personally identifiable information.

  1. Collection of Personal Information.

We collect information you provide to us that includes:

Additionally, if you choose to work with a locally licensed provider or affiliate, that provider or affiliate may collect additional information about you in order to provide you with better service. Please note that PressPlay’s affiliates have the ability to use custom forms with free form text fields to request any information they would like from those submitting the form. PressPlay allows its affiliates to request any information they want through forms on their websites, as that information is voluntarily provided by users of our real estate affiliates’ websites. PressPlay has no control over the type of information requested via forms and encourages users who do not want to submit their information to discontinue use of the Services immediately.

We only collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us or that our affiliates provide to us. You may refuse to provide consent at any time. However, this may prevent you from accessing and using the Services or certain aspects of them. In all instances, we retain personally identifiable information for only as long as is necessary to meet the purposes of the collection (see “How We Use Information We Collect” below), or any applicable law.

  1. Cookies, Tracking, and Analytics

We use cookies and tracking pixels to allow us to know when you are logged into our site, what your preferences are for how the site functions, to anonymously measure usage of our site and its features, and to provide more effective marketing related to the services we provide.

“Cookies” are small pieces of information sent by a web server to a web browser that enable the server to collect information from the browser. PressPlay uses cookies for a number of purposes, such as to simplify the login process for registered users, help ensure the security and authenticity of registered users, target advertising, and enable traffic monitoring.

We use both session cookies and persistent cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session cookie expires when you close your browser. Persistent cookies enable us to (i) know when you are logged in and to provide content to you based on your preferences, such as listings that match saved searches or are similar to previously-saved listings; (ii) track user activity such as pages viewed and match user activity to session data to better understand your preferences; and (iii) share information with third-party vendors on your preferences for the sole purpose of fulfilling the Services and providing you the most relevant user experience. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time.

You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file. Most browsers allow you to turn off the cookie function. Removing persistent cookies will restrict the PressPlay Services you can use, such as receiving targeted recommendations and alerts.

We also use tracking pixels and third-party cookies on our sites from other third-party vendors. Tracking pixels are code snippets added to a website in order to gather information about a user’s browsing behavior. Data points collected include (i) information about the web browser, operating system, screen resolution, and device used to visit the website, including your IP address; (ii) usage data from the pages you view and actions you take on the website, including forms you submit and information you request; (iii) the date and time you visit the website; and (iv) actions taken to get to the website, such as ads you click on.

Some states require us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Please note that our Websites do not recognize or respond to any signal which your browser might transmit through the so-called “Do Not Track” feature your browser might have. If you wish to disable cookies on our Websites, you should not rely on any “Do Not Track” feature.
